How it Works

Our coaching methodology is solutions focused and tailored to the unique needs and goals of our clients. Coaching services include: one-to-one coach sessions, on-location observations, feedback tools, assessments, scorecards and interviews.

Leadership Coaching sessions are 90 minutes; frequency and duration is established based on client objectives. Team coaching duration is typically three months based on the team objectives.
